Common Questions
Pinnacle is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. We provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. Pricing for each service is published on that service's page, and you get a specific quote before treatment begins. Patients on high-deductible plans frequently spend the same or less here overall, because an in-network visit still comes out of pocket until the deductible clears and typically buys a fraction of the provider time you get here. The tradeoff is straightforward: no authorizations, no visit caps, no denials mid-plan, and the clinical decision is the only thing setting your care.
Yes, and a substantial share of patients do — that is the reason the clinic is built this way. Common combinations include physical therapy alongside performance training, medical weight loss alongside hormone optimization, and PRP alongside a rehab program. Your providers share the same patient record, the same intake, and the same testing data, so the plans are coordinated rather than stacked. Practically, this means your training is programmed around the tissue that is healing, your weight loss protocol accounts for the lean mass your training is building, and nobody prescribes something that conflicts with what another provider is doing.
You do not have to know. Book a consultation and describe what is actually going on — the symptoms, what you have already tried, and what you want back. Part of the intake is determining which discipline should lead, and it is frequently not the one patients expect: fatigue that looks like a training problem is often a hormone or thyroid problem, and knee pain that looks like a knee problem is often a hip and ankle problem. Because all nine services are in one building, being routed correctly costs you nothing and requires no new referral. If what you need is not offered here, we will tell you and point you to who does it.
